At New Dike, Seamer Tip this morning, there was a Pink-footed Goose, one Water Rail, four Common Snipe, two Golden Plover, one Peregrine Falcon, two Chiffchaff and four Redpoll. At nearby Seamer Tip Pool area there was one Common Buzzard, one Common Snipe, one Song Thrush and one Reed Bunting. 91 Mallard and two Gadwall were at Burton Riggs and two Curlew were at Saltpans Road, Cloughton. A single Golden Plover was near Fields Farm, Long Nab and four Common Snipe and a Jack Snipe were at the scrape. A Great Northern Diver and 11 Red-throated Divers were off the harbour mouth today whilst three Turnstone, one Redshank, two Great Black-backed Gulls and a Rock Pipit were in the harbour. A male Blackcap again visited a Heron Lane, Crossgates garden.
