An Osprey was seen over Troutsdale mid-afternoon, also 3 Honey Buzzards again from the Wykeham Forest Raptor Viewpoint. Seven drake Mandarins were at Harwood Dale Lake. Four Red-throated Divers were feeding below the Observatory at Long Nab, 4 Gadwall flew north. Potter Brompton Carr held 2 Greenshank, Redshank, Ruff, 2 Ringed Plovers, 8 Little Egrets, 8 Grey Heron, drake Shoveler, 45 Sand Martins, Kingfisher, and Green Woodpecker. Highlights from North Yorkshire Water Park: 2 LRP, Teal, 6 Lbb Gulls, 31 Willow Warblers, a pair of Goldcrests feeding 4 recently fledged young, and 29 Stock Doves.
