A dark phase Honey Buzzard flew high south over Burniston mid-afternoon. A "cream crown" Marsh Harrier was at Potter Brompton Carr, also the drake Garganey, 6 Little Egrets, Great White Egret, drake Wigeon, 5 Ringed Plovers, and a Pink-footed Goose. One Turtle Dove was seen near the Mill Inn, Harwood Dale. Two Corn Buntings flew north at Long Nab, and a Short-eared Owl flew south early morning. A Common Sandpiper at North Yorkshire Water Park.
