Grasshopper Warblers were at Limekiln Lane, Cayton and Cromer Point. Five fledgling Stonechats were also at the latter site. Hobbys today were seen over Crossgates (twice) and over Wykeham East Lake, North Yorkshire Water Park. Two Little Ringed Plover and four chicks were also at the latter site. A Kingfisher was at Wrench Green bridge and a Cuckoo was calling at Scalby Mills. 11 Manx Shearwaters flew north past Cromer Point and a Common Tern flew south. Two Willow Tit and a Cuckoo were in the Dalby/Crossgate area. Two Willow Tit and three Lesser Redpoll were at Langdale and a Cuckoo was at Fylingdales Moor. Approximately seven Nightjar, 5 Woodcock and a Tawny Owl were noted in Langdale Forest this evening.
