A flighty Lapland Bunting was in a stubble field next to Cromer Point Water Treatment Works, also a Whinchat there. A Pied Flycatcher remained in a Newby garden. A Whinchat and five Wheatear were on Castle headland Tops and a Wheatear was seen on the roof of St. Mary's Church. Approximately 100 Pink-footed Geese, the first of the autumn flew SE over Pickering. A Great White Egret flew west over Long Causeway, Wykeham and three Gadwall and 50 plus Tufted Duck were the highlights at Seamer Road Mere. 13 Manx Shearwater flew north at Long Nab with five feeding offshore, an Arctic Skua flew north and an Arctic Tern flew south. 10 Yellowhammer, a Jay and two Chiffchaff were of note at Mowthorpe Bridge.
