Tuesday 17th September

 A skein of 30 Pink-footed Geese over Dalby this morning. At East Lake, North Yorkshire Water Park today: one cream crown Marsh Harrier, adult Mediterranean Gull,  four Lesser Black Backed Gull, one Common Sandpiper, two Pink footed Geese, two Gadwall, 11 Tufted Duck and nine Teal. Three Willow Tit, one Marsh Tit, nine Common Buzzard, one Goshawk, five Crossbill, two Jay, two Blackcap and seven Chiffchaff at Dalby Nabgate and Sand Dale. Three Chiffchaff were at Burton Riggs and a Kingfisher bizarrely flew along Moorland Road towards Peasholm.  Approximately 30 Wigeon this evening at Scalby Mills.
