Not
much news today but the wind didn’t make things easy. Also please note that the
next talk for the Scarborough Birders meeting on the 18th January
will now be Mark Pearson on Filey International and that by Ian Robinson on
Arctic Canada will be next month.
The
only news today came from the South Bay/Harbour area where there were 2
Black-necked Grebes and a Great Northern Diver in the Harbour and 2
Red-throated Divers, 2 Velvet Scoters and a Long-tailed Duck in South Bay. Also
at high tide there were 74 Turnstones on the West Pier.
