At Long Nab today a fully spooned adult Pomarine Skua was sat on the sea at 07.20 but departed south at 07.50, also from here 2 Little Egrets went south, as did 7 Whimbrel and 113 Swifts.

Elsewhere a Barn Owl on a roadside fence post on Filey Road near the Cayton turning at 06.35 and 57 Whimbrel went west over the Lebberston Car Boot field.

Cetaceans today from Long Nab were a single Minke Whale heading south at 07.50 and two Atlantic Bottle-nosed Dolphins also heading south at 07.55.
