Tuesday 8th November

 Two Whooper Swans were at Seamer Road Mere and a Kingfisher was at the Open Air Theatre. One Great Northern Diver, two Red-throated Divers and a Goldeneye were in North Bay and a female Sparrowhawk was on the bridge railings at Scalby Mills and a Grey Wagtail was also present. A Sparrowhawk also visited an Irton garden. Six Whooper Swans and 16 Little Gulls flew south past Long Nab and two Waxwings were still present at Eastfield Industrial Estate. An adult Mediterranean Gull two first winter Little Gulls and a Chiffchaff were at Bogle Hole. 30 Fieldfare, 25 Chaffinch and five Brambling were in the Cockmoor Hall area at Snainton. In the Haygate/Ellerburn and Sand Dale area of Dalby Forest there was 32 Common Crossbill, 44 Siskin, 60 Linnet, four Common Buzzard, one Sparrowhawk, one Kingfisher, five Willow Tit, three Marsh Tit, four Jay and Two Mistle Thrush.
