Early this morning a Whinchat was by Cliff Top House, Long Nab, while in the afternoon a Wheatear was in the same area and 6 Wigeon flew north. 2 Ospreys were at Housedale in Dalby Forest this evening. One went to roost at Flainsey Rigg while the other drifted towards Givendale. Also in the same area was a Green Woodpecker, and 5 Turtle Doves were behind Givendale Farm. At Ellerburn fish farm there were 4 Grey Wagtails and a Kingfisher, while a Hobby was seen chasing House Martins.
