A flock of at least 40 Swifts moved from Johnson's Marsh to Scalby Lodge Pond this morning, where there was also a large flock of House Sparrows, a family of 5 Whitethroats, a male Greenfinch with 4 juveniles, a Kestrel and a Sparrowhawk. At Potter Brompton Carr there was a Green Sandpiper, and at Burton Riggs a female Tufted Duck with 4 ducklings. 2
Honey Buzzards were reported from Wykeham Raptor Viewpoint mid-morning, and 3 Turnstones were at the harbour early evening.
