2 Lesser Black-backed Gulls were at Scalby Mills this morning, where in the afternoon there were 3 Grey Wagtails and pair of Dippers mating. Passing Long Nab southwards were 7 Shelduck and 3 Eiders, and a White-fronted Goose was in the field south of Seamer Tip pool. A Green Woodpecker, 60 Bramblings, 240 Chaffinch and 6 Mistle Thrush were seen at Haygate, Dalby, and 2 Red Kites were seen flying over Outgang Lane in Pickering. 2 Goshawks were seen from Wykeham Raptor Viewpoint this afternoon, 2 Buzzards were at Wrea Head, and a Redpoll, a Treecreeper and Siskins were at Scalby cricket pitch.
