Saturday 6th November
A Great Shearwater flew south past Long Nab early this morning; later in the day a Great Northern Diver, a Red-breasted Merganser and 2 Goosanders flew past. 2 Whooper Swans flew west over Scalby Lodge and 47 Lapwings flew north-west over East Ayton. In Wykeham Forest groups of 6 and about 16 Crossbills were seen, and 17 Whooper Swans were at the Wykeham Lakes water park.
