Sunday 14th November
A Kingfisher and a Jay were seen at the Open Air Theatre this morning. A Great White Egret was at Brompton Butts, and a Cattle Egret was in the ditch below Seamer Tip Pool before moving to the field below the pool. 2 Goldeneye were also on the pool. A single Brent Goose was in the field behind Scarborough waste water works. A Lapland Bunting was again in the stubble field at Long Nab, while a Chiffchaff and a Brambling were at the ringing plantation. Passing Long Nab were 2 Sooty Shearwaters, a Black-throated Diver and a Goldeneye heading north, plus a Pintail, 2 Goldeneye, a Great Skua and a Little Gull heading south. 94 Teal were at Johnson's Marsh.
