2 Brent Geese were at Scalby Mills this morning, while 2 Goosanders, a Great Northern Diver and 360 Siskins passed Long Nab southwards. Groups of 20 and 30 Siskins flew south-east over Eastfiled Industrial Park, and a Green Woodpecker was heard near Wykeham Causeway. A skein of about 50 Pink-footed Geese flew over Limestone Road. At Harwood Dale Lake there were 10 Wigeon, 11 Lapwing and 6 Mandarin Duck, while at Hackness Lake there were 18 Mandarin Duck, 2 Little Grebes and 15 Teal.
