A juvenile Glaucous Gull flew south off Marine Drive into South Bay this morning, while also passing Marine Drive were: a Goldeneye, a Pale-bellied Brent Goose, 5 Puffins and 2 Little Auks all north, and a Red-breasted Merganser south. A Snow Bunting and a Jack Snipe arrived in off the sea, and 3 Red-throated Divers were again in the harbour. A Little Egret flew over Seamer Tip, and in the afternoon 3 Little Egrets were seen by Folkton South Farm. Highlights from Long Nab include: a Sooty Shearwater, a Pale-bellied Brent Goose, an Arctic Skua, a Great Skua, a Puffin, 3 Dunlin and a Fulmar north, plus a Mediterranean Gull south. In the fields behind the observatory were a Snow Bunting, 2 Lapwings and 16 Curlew.
