A Green Woodpecker, three Common Crossbills and a family party of five Willow Tits were ay Flainsby and Sutherbuff Rigg, Dalby Forest this morning. Single Nuthatches were noted at Seamer Road Mere and Weaponess Park. Two Marsh Harriers were reported today. A female approached Long Nab from the west at 0843hrs and flew high north east out to sea. A 2nd calendar year male flew east over Cayton Carr this afternoon. Three Nightjars were at Flainsley Rigg Top End, Dalby last night and a Nightjar, two Woodcock and a Tawny Owl were at Flax Dale. Up to five siging Turtle Doves in Broxa Forest recently, also three singing birds in the Three Tremblers area of Wykeham Forest.
