A Red-throated Diver and a Little Grebe were in the harbour this morning and at Scalby Mills there were 40 Wigeon and a Rock Pipit. Nine Little Grebe, four Shoveler, four Goldeneye and two Water Rail were at Seamer Road Mere and a singing Dipper was again in Peasholm Glen this afternoon. A Tawny Owl, three Jays and a Marsh Tit were at Woodlands Drive Cemetery and in the Dalby/Haygate area this afternoon there was a Goshawk, three Common Buzzards, one Sparrowhawk, four Marsh Tit and six plus Common Crossbills. Approximately 10 Waxwings were reported in a tree at Northway near to the clinic late this afternoon.
